Original item came with a missing diamond so I reached out to the account for assistance. They quickly sent a shipping label for me to return it and followed up with a new piece afterwards. Mail from the region it came from (Florida) probably added to a bit of the shipping time due to the storms this time of year but everything worked out. Item is fantastic and they worked to resolve the issues quickly, effectively and without hassle.
